The satisfaction and loyalty of our employees has an important place in our corporate identity. We aim to provide a working environment where our employees will be proud to work in our hospital, and where they are peaceful, safe and happy. In order to achieve this goal, we aim to be the most preferred hospital in Ordu and surrounding cities by implementing international and current human resources tools and practices.
Training and Development
After the annual training needs are determined, professional, personal, orientation and management trainings are given in a planned manner for the development of our employees in our hospital. In 2013, we plan to activate the performance evaluation process.
Fees and Additional Amenities
Fees and Benefits Fee: Our fees are paid monthly on the net.
Transportation: We do not have a shuttle service for our employees. In the night shifts, the arrival and departure of the personnel on duty are provided by our hospital.
Health Discount: Our staff will benefit from the health services in our hospital with special discounts.
Food: We have food service in our hospital.
Leave: Our personnel are given excuses, death, marriage and maternity leave to be used in various situations. Our annual paid leaves are; It is 14 working days for those whose seniority is from 1 to 5 years (including the fifth year), 20 working days for those with more than 5 years, 26 working days for those with 15 years and more.
